Description

This course is an extension of what you have learned on the chair-based exercise course. In this course you will learn about the parachute games that you can incorporate in your chair-based exercise classes. You will find explanations, photographs and videos detailing how each activity should be carried out and the guidelines for doing so.

You will need to email us a copy of your Chair-based Exercise Instructor certificate to info@allactive.co.uk. We will then respond to confirm acceptance and receipt. If you are unsure that your training is valid for entry onto this course, then please contact us before booking.
