Attend our real-time live course through x2 Zoom sessions (morning and afternoon). In advance, you will receive a study pack consisting of comprehensive course book, 3 Latex free thermoplastic elastomer material (TPE) resistance bands in different tensions: extra light, light, and medium and course handouts. Before the Zoom course, you will be asked to complete pre-course tasks using book and online ‘Pre-course Study Area’ which will be available to access for a year. This will include reading and watching some exercise videos to practice (approx. 2 hours).
